Project Operation Procedure
1、 The project party (enterprise party) submits financing related materials
2、 Both parties agree on a time for face-to-face talks and sign investment agreement
3、 Send personnel to the project site for on-site inspection
4、 Based on the investigation situation, summarize, organize, and complete a comprehensive review of the investigation report
5、 The project party has completed procedures such as effective asset and enterprise equity mortgage and pledge guarantees
6、 After completing the pledge national procedures for mortgage and pledge, transfer the funds to the bank account of the financing enterprise within 3 working days
7、 Post loan management to ensure dedicated use and collection of funds
Project Fixed Rate Of Return
1-5 years of cooperation period, return rate: 8% -13%
The above return rate are due for principal repayment and have no construction period. The details will be discussed between the company and the enterprise in person, with the real estate industry accounting for 9-13%. The investment manager and investment agreement will be consulted in person.

1. The procedures for enterprise are true, complete, legal, and valid
2. Normal operation of the enterprise, with assets available for collateral
3. The enterprise actively cooperates with the relevant work of the capital
4. Enterprises have good debt performance ability
